Lexi is a leader in the field of coronavirus structural biology and was the first person to characterize
the structure of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Her dual expertise in cryo-EM and pseudovirus assays
allowed for accelerated design and development of a SARS-CoV-2 RBS nanoparticle vaccine currently undergoing
clinical trials.
Dan has extensive experience in computational design of antigens including one that is currently entering
clinical trials and another in preclinical evaluation. His past work has focused on Influenza and SARS-CoV-2
targets.
Quinton is one of the leading computational design experts for conformational stabilization and nanoparticles.
He has developed computational methods for automated multi-state protein design, as well as extensive experience
in protein production and characterization. Quinton also has 6 years experience in the vaccine industry.
